Every year I notice during times like Easter / Christmas or School holidays I tend to get more enquiries for extended family sessions. Generally this is not a regular thing when all the family are available to have these big gatherings and it makes this time important more then ever. While you’re all together, this is the perfect time for an extended family photo session.

1. Time is Precious – having all the family together at the same time is difficult, so when you do – Celebrate it!
2. Multiple Opportunities- During extended family sessions, I don’t just focus on the entire group together. There are multiple family combinations that can be taken, Grandparents, grandparents and grandkids, couples portraits for every couple, cousins all together, the options are endless.
3.Can be a great Gift – Are you all together for a celebration or a special milestone. What a great gift for your mum and dad celebrating there 30 year wedding anniversary? Or for grandma on her 70th birthday. Also something the family can split the cost with which can make it a more cost effective option
