On a not so perfect Summer day, Amy and Joe were married at Point Cartwright on the Sunshine Coast. Their gorgeous wedding was tied together a mixture of themes that really made for their special day. From the guys wearing beige suits with blue shirts, beautiful rose bouquets, dusty pink bridesmaids dresses, personalised bridal shoes, DIY invitations and bombonnieres, every detail was looked at. Amy looked gorgeous in her Allure Bridal Gown that had elegant lace across her bodice with stunning detail.
Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Amy and Joe said their vows at Point Cartwright overlooking the gorgeous beach and rocks. The weather wasn’t its finest; however the wind and overcast clouds were not going to dampen this couple’s special day. The stormy clouds hung around for the rest of the afternoon which created a beautiful backdrop for their location photos. We were really hoping to capture some photos at Headland Golf Club as it is a beautiful location, however it poured with rain shortly after arriving.
The reception overlooked the golf course and has stunning views to the ocean – the setup that Amy had created really gave a warm and elegant atmosphere; the food was delicious. I was honored to be a part of their special day, wish them all the best.
