When one of your best friends starts talking about how much she would love maternity photos – I could only be to happy to put my hand up and say ‘I’m there’. So I made the courageous drive down to Port Macquarie for this session. The weather was predicted ‘wet, wet, wet’. I was just hoping it would bypass Port Macquarie. Was listening to the forecast on the radio on the drive down there ( a few hours out of port) and they said that it is predicted to flood at Port Macq. and may last days. (I was soooo hoping it wouldn’t flood). However it did flood on the saturday but I was lucky enough that it had died down enough on the Sunday for my return drive.
We did our photo session on the Saturday and as predicted it was raining/flooding – however we weren’t going to let it change our plans of getting outdoors. Dinah had researched a few possibilities for somewhere undercover and then we braved it out in the rain and also did a indoor lifestyle session at her home, capturing some super special memories!
