One of the great things about a Maternity session is that it doesn’t have to be just you and your bump. I totally embrace including the whole family in these sessions as your growing bump is growing with your whole family! Our session was held at Shelly Beach, Caloundra and was just one of those days where you just didn’t know if the rain was going to hold off or not. So the Howe Family and I took a gamble, and went ahead with our session.
Probably 10 mins into our session it absolutely bucketed down! In my head, I was thinking, please pass over, please pass over. The radar said it was passing and it did! Yay. I stepped out from the undercover area and looked to my right to the rocks and slightly squealed with excitement, we have to go down here…there is an amazing waterfall!! Who would of thought a waterfall at the beach!! It had slowed a little bit by the time we walked down there, but the rain made for such a beautiful session and gave us something so unexpected!
Don’t be scared of going ahead with a session even if the forecast is rain what have you got to loose. Just so you know if it had kept bucketing down you do have the security of knowing that we could just reschedule another session. Thought the outcome from this session was some of amazing memories!
